Overview
Become familiar with creating logical headings and verifying if the headings are in a logical order in Adobe Acrobat DC.
Remember that <h1> is the title of the document! There should only be one Heading 1.
Instructions & Answer Key
- Use the rubric as a guideline.
- Download Headings & Hierarchy PDF Practice Microsoft Word Doc Download Headings & Hierarchy PDF Practice Microsoft Word Doc.
- Do not attempt to remediate the document in Step 1.
- Save as a PDF and export to Adobe Acrobat DC.
- Open in Adobe Acrobat DC & open the Tags Panel.
- Reclassify heading tags to the appropriate heading levels.
- Check the Course Activity 1 Answer Key Download Course Activity 1 Answer Key to see how your answers compare. Although the tags may be correct, the heading level sizes are confusing to students who are visual. If possible, create a document using the default heading styles sizes to help visual students understand how the various topics relate to one another.
