Unit Examination: Parts of Speech (summative assessment) 50 points

Objectives:

1. Identify the eight parts of speech.
2. Identify the prepositional phrases in a sentence.

Directions: This exam should be completed after you have watched all lecture videos and PowerPoints on parts of speech, and you have completed and reviewed all homework and practice quizzes to assess your own learning. You will have one hour to complete this examination. No notes are allowed. For each item choose the correct part of speech.
