Welcome to the Semester!

We're excited to have you join us this semester and looking forward to support you during your studies! The goal of the Virtual Hub for Students is to allow you to spend the time to focus on your academics by providing guides and resources needed on how to navigate our virtual campus. Whether you're new to Canvas, trying to figure out how to submit a certain type of assignment, or just here to learn some new tricks or refreshers, you'll find some guides below to walk you through the steps and so you can focus on your courses.

• Student Canvas User Guide - The Student Canvas User Guide is a comprehensive guide that covers how to navigate Canvas, submit your assignments, message your instructors, and many other functions of Canvas. If you're stuck somewhere, chances are you can find a guide here that will help you achieve your goal.
  
  
• Computer Lab Access Download Computer Lab Access - High-speed internet access and computers are available for student use. See locations and hours. Respondus is available. Respondus Monitor is also available but will yield false flags due to the active environment in the labs.
  Check specific locations for summer hours. Student support for Canvas and other technology used for classes is available. 
  
  
• Student Online Readiness - Taking online classes for the first time can be daunting. Course material can be delivered in a variety of different ways, self-discipline is required to keep you on task, and interactions may be different than you've experience in your face-to-face courses. To help better prepare you for the online environment, the Student Online Readiness section contains guides that will help prepare you for your online courses by providing tips on organization, accessing information, and healthy habits while taking your online courses. Going through this material will also give you a printable certificate to show completion!
