Accessing Canvas Help

The Help Menu includes a list of resources to help you with Canvas. State Center Community College District (SCCCD) has customized this menu and has included resources for Fresno City College, Madera Community College, and Clovis Community College. Depending on which college you are enrolled in, the Help Menu may appear slightly different and with different help resources.

Canvas Help at Fresno City College

1. 1. 1. To access the support options for Canvas, first click the Help button on the Global Navigation Menu.
         
      2. You may click on the Fresno City College - Distance Education Resources link which will take you to 24/7 Canvas phone and chat support.
         
      3. If you have a course specific question, click on Ask Your Instructor a Question and this will send a message to your instructor through Canvas Inbox.
      4. Chat with Canvas Support will initiate a live chat with Canvas, where you can ask your questions. This option is available 24/7.
