Just so you know how to contact Colleen (who works at the front desk at DHHSC as program manager/volunteer coordinator) if you are interested in volunteering at DHHSC at some point or in some capacity from time to time, her e-mail address is resources@dhhsc.org.  Note that her name is not included in the email address as many organizations tend to do.

She will describe the orientation schedule and process.  It will be nice to have on your resume and actually gain more exposure interacting with a myriad of Deaf and hard of hearing people in the community.  Perhaps you have already attended some of the events she has sponsored, hosted, encouraged and helped to organize.  Now, you have an opportunity to step it up and do the same!
