Color & Check Accessibility Tool Summary

Sometimes defaulting to a dark-colored text can save time and also add emphasis if necessary. When in doubt, default to black text on a white background. 

It might be helpful to manually apply accessibility formatting before using the Accessibility Checker as the Checker has limitations.
