Appointments

Hello Students,

To book a One-on-One appointment with a tutor, follow these instructions, PLEASE READ CAREFULLY>

Be advised that appointments must be made no later than 2 hours prior to the desired appointment time.
There are two separate Booking Calendars, one for FACE-TO-FACE appointments in the RWC and one for ZOOM appointments.
Select your choice of Booking Calendar, and then select the service you would like to book - either 60 minutes or 30 minutes Face-to-Face on campus or 60 minutes or 30 minutes on Zoom.
Select the day on which you want to book the appointment by clicking on the calendar.
Select the tutor with whom you wish to work from the drop-down menu. If you do not have a preferred tutor, you can select ANYONE in the dropdown menu to be scheduled with the first available tutor on the day and time you have selected.
That tutor's availability on the day you have selected will then appear below the drop-down menu. *(if the tutor with whom you wish to work is not available, you can reselect a different day or time. You may also select from any of the other available tutors.)
Select the time you wish to reserve with that tutor.
THIS IS IMPORTANT: Fill in both your FULL NAME and STUDENT ID# where it asks for your NAME in the "ADD YOUR DETAILS" section. Fill in the class name and instructor in the appropriate sections at the bottom of the form. *This is so your tutor can contact you is there is a need to change your day/time
Once all of your information is entered, click Book at the bottom of the page.
Both you and the tutor will receive a confirmation email that the appointment was made. Your appointment will also appear on your Outlook calendar, which you can find in your Outlook email account. Your tutor has been instructed to send you their ZOOM ROOM LINK. Please check your email to make sure you have received this link.
Alternatively, you can do the following; When it is time for your session, return to this page and click on this link: Tutor Zoom Rooms to be redirected to our Zoom Room page. Once on the page, select the tutor with whom you booked the appointment to be admitted to their room. You may also access the Tutor Zoom Rooms page by clicking the link in the navigation panel to the left. *(Please do not click on Zoom buttons for tutors with whom you did not make an appointment as this will interrupt their current session with another student.)
