Project 4: Landscape

OBJECTIVE: To use Lightroom and basic Photoshop tools to create two photographs- One in the style of Robert Adams and one in the style of Ansel Adams.

GOAL: TO USE LIGHTROOM’S EXPOSURE ADJUSTMENTS WITH YOUR PHOTOGRAPHS.

Requirements:

1. I am looking for photographs that show an understanding of basic lighting principles and an understanding of how aperture and shutter speed can control an image. You are expected to be conscious of the lighting and the mood it creates for every image.
2. Which techniques that you have learned this semester are the best for conveying your mood and feelings to the viewer?
3. Shoot a minimum of 100 different photographs based on the your response to your research and investigation of Ansel Adams and Robert Adams, and the history of landscape photography.
